At 3 Phase Records, we aim to dispatch all orders as quickly as possible.

UK Delivery Charges

Standard UK delivery is £5.50. UK orders of £100 or more qualify for free standard delivery. Your final delivery charge is shown at checkout.

Processing Times

Orders are typically dispatched within 2-3 working days. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next working day.

Please note that during busy periods, dispatch times may be slightly longer.

UK Shipping

We currently ship throughout the United Kingdom using Royal Mail.

Royal Mail Tracked 48 delivery is estimated at 2-3 working days after dispatch. Delivery times are estimates only and are not guaranteed.

International Shipping

We ship internationally to the destinations available at checkout. International delivery charges are shown at checkout. Delivery times vary depending on destination and local customs procedures.

Customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or import charges that may apply in their country.

Missing or Delayed Orders

If your order has not arrived within the expected timeframe, please contact us at tom@3phaserecords.com and we will investigate with the carrier.

Incorrect Delivery Information

Please ensure that your delivery address is correct when placing your order. We cannot accept responsibility for delays or losses resulting from incorrect address details supplied by the customer.

In-Store Collection

Free collection is available from 3 Phase Records, 45-46 Loveday Street, Birmingham, B4 6NR. Select Pickup at checkout. Orders are usually ready within 24 hours. Please wait for your ready-to-collect email before travelling, then collect during shop opening hours and bring your order confirmation.
