At 3 Phase Records, we aim to dispatch all orders as quickly as possible.

Processing Times

Orders are typically dispatched within 2-3 working days. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next working day.

Please note that during busy periods, dispatch times may be slightly longer.

UK Shipping

We currently ship throughout the United Kingdom using Royal Mail.

Estimated delivery times are:

• Royal Mail Tracked 48: 2-3 working days after dispatch
• Royal Mail Tracked 24 (where selected): 1-2 working days after dispatch

International Shipping

We ship worldwide where possible. International delivery times vary depending on destination and local customs procedures.

Customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or import charges that may apply in their country.

Shipping Charges

Shipping charges are calculated at checkout based on the weight, size, and destination of your order.

Missing or Delayed Orders

In-Store Collection

In-store collection may be available on selected orders. Where available, customers will be notified when their order is ready for collection.
